10-year-old Colton Pursley hails from St. Louis, Missouri. It's no wonder that young Colton has chosen a path in motorcycle racing. His mother, Natalie Jackson, is an accomplished motorcycle racer and has been a fixture in the industry for over 15 years. His dad, Matt Pursley, also a racer, made his mark in the professional AMA Supermoto series claiming several appearances on the podium. 

As much as Colton loves heading off to the races every weekend, he spends a great deal of time perfecting his other talent....the saxophone! He's the first to admit that he won't be taking a seat at Powell Symphony Hall anytime soon. However, he does find playing his sax to be a calming distraction from the intense world of motocross. 

For 2017 Colton has landed a spot on the prestigious Big St. Charles Elite Team, alongside several young up-and-coming stars. Colton will be aboard his KTM 65 in the 65 10-11 and 65 Open as well as the 85 9-11 on his Kawasaki 85. He will be competing in the popular Mid-America Series which has several stops in Missouri, Illinois, and Kentucky. He can also be found in several rounds of another Midwest series, the Grassroots series.
