Mo Hart and Petr Vlcek - First Americans to Complete The Originals by Motul

Congratulations to American Rally Originals (ARO) teammate Morrison Hart and Petr Angelo Vlcek for their historical accomplishment of being the first Americans to complete the Originals by Motul at the 2023 Dakar Rally in Saudi Arabia.

Petr Vlcek finished 59th overall and placed 2nd in the senior class. Mo Hart finished 85th overall and 15th in his category.

We know that from the moment they received their acceptance letters, Team ARO (shown below) made it their mission to hone their skills every chance they had to ensure at least one American completes the Originals by Motul category. As many know, this is no small feat! The Originals by Motul category is a no-assistance category and is incredibly difficult. All of their work up to the Dakar Rally has led to this amazing achievement that will go down in history.

This is such a huge accomplishment, and we are so proud to have supported both the ARO team and Petr Vlcek on this journey. When Team ARO initially reached out to us about a seat build, we were so excited to get to work on getting them the right seat to help them accomplish their goal.
